In the rare situation that your hosting package is using monumental quantities of bandwidth in breach of out acceptable usage policy , we will raise a ticket on your account to inform you that you have exceeded your bandwidth allowance - if this is not responded to or the site has received so much traffic so as to cause performance issues on the server, we may need to switch your site off or require that you upgrade to a higher package.
