To purchase goods from us your should order by adding the item to your shopping cart and complete the billing and shipping details as prompted. Once an order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email.
You can pay securely on line using VISA, MasterCard or major debit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges will be applied during checkout.
Orders received by 12.00 am mid-day will be shipped the same day for items in stock in our warehouse. If your item is out of stock then we will email you with the option to wait for a few days or to cancel if you wish. Orders received at weekends and bank holidays are shipped on the next working day. A minimum delivery charge of £ xyz per package will apply to all items. Extra charges apply to larger items and these are clearly indicated in our website.
You have the unconditional right to cancel within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition with a valid receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.
